Who I help

Health & performance

Grass roots to big shoots! No matter your age or your level of sport and exercise - weekend warrior or a competitive athlete, if you want to learn how to get the energy and nutrients you need to support your health, growth and performance, then let's talk!

I have a passion for helping young athletes and teens get enough fuel and nutrients to optimize their health, growth and performance during this critical growth phase; while ensuring they don’t lose sight of it being something that is sociable, enjoyable, fun and should taste delicious! Knowledge, skills and ultimately habits to support a lifetime.

It’s about learning how (and why) to fuel adequately before, during and after trainings/competitions as well as getting in what your body needs for health, growth, and repair the rest of the time. Active individuals (especially those who are growing) need a lot of fuel. Putting in the right type and amount, at the right times is key to enabling peak health, growth and performance.

As parents we can help them be prepared and organized to fuel the demands of their day. I’ll show you how to put this all together in a practical, doable way.

This doesn’t just apply to teens! I am here to help all people of all ages with their fueling requirements.

Eliminate confusion

There is so much nutritional content out there… Let me help you separate the wheat from the chaff and not waste time or money on anything unnecessary.  As well as answering your questions I can advise you on where to get reliable nutrition content from.

Manage a condition

I will provide you with the education and support you need to make the changes required to manage or improve your health condition.  Conditions include cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension, osteopenia and osteoporosis, etc.

Support change

I will support you in creating helpful nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits to improve your health and performance.  This involves you teaching me about you! Me teaching you what you need to know about nutrition and exercise as it relates to you. Then creating a nutrition and exercise guide to take you through at your chosen pace and level of support.

A registered nutritionist like myself is appropriate for general, non-medical nutrition advice. You should see a dietitian if you have a medical condition that requires tailored dietary management.
