It’s what we do regularly that impacts our health and performance.
New habits grow from simple, doable changes that we can be consistent with.
Hi, I’m Holly, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (NSNZ).
I’m a mum of three great gals who I love to bits and who keep us very busy. I love the outdoors, being active, playing sport and quality time with family and friends. I enjoy baking and cooking but prefer to eat other people’s … say no more 🙃.
My goal is to help as many kids, teens, adults and families as possible to understand the importance of nutrition, and learn how to optimize their health, growth and performance. I aim to make it easy!
I help those who are confused by nutrition messages (which is very common), and those who have a health condition that can be managed or improved with lifestyle changes.
Getting it right matters! No matter who you are, consistently not getting enough energy or nutrients for our needs can have detrimental effects on our cognitive function, mood, reproductive system, bone and soft tissue health, immune system, growth and development, recovery and performance … everything! Demands and consequences are much higher if you are growing, very active, injured, unwell, or a combo.
Feeding your family often involves catering to a raft of energy and nutrient needs. I make this simple and doable.
